Hi Monica! I’d probably check with your doctor/a professional in person first to see where you’re at first. That said, this workout was mostly just using a hula hoop so it only hurt me around my sides as I got used to the hoop. My gap was very small by the time I did it but I’ve since stopped and went back to Mu-Tu before getting pregnant again.

I’ve completed MuTu, healed my diastasis recti even if I still have a small gap, which however doesn’t bother me because my core is pretty strong. I would be interested in the hula-hoop which you recommend, but is it safe and are the program moves safe with a diastasis recti? Thanks in advance!
